TTX + R1 + R2TETRAXE configuration example
In this example a manually actuated TETRAXE with 250mm stroke and +/-15mm X & Y motion has been combined with a hollow magnetically-coupled rotary feedthrough with additional rotary feedthrough to provide primary rotation of the outer shaft and independent secondary rotation of the inner shaft.
Manually actuated +/- 15mm X & Y travel.
Manually actuated 250mm Z translation.
Manual +/- 2 degree tilt integrated in to the mounting flange.
Rotation 1 (Primary Rotation)
Manually actuated continuous rotation of the outer shaft.
Rotation 2 (Secondary Rotation)
Manually actuated independent rotation of the inner shaft which passes through the bore of the hollow Rotation 1 rotary feedthrough. Learn more about hollow magidrives here.
Extended Bearing Housing
